The best evidence for a training institute is what its students say and where they end up. This page collects both: recorded interviews with IPA students, the placement process they went through, and links to reviews IPA does not control.
In their own words
These are video interviews recorded with IPA students and published on the institute’s YouTube channel. Select a card to play it.
Training with the job in mind. Courses are built around the work an accounts assistant, GST executive or payroll executive does in the first year. Classes run on the software employers actually use: Tally Prime, BUSY, Excel and SAP. The faculty page lists who teaches each subject.
Resume guidance. Each student’s resume is prepared for the roles they are suited for, rather than a generic template.
Referrals and interviews. IPA refers students to employers and schedules interviews. On the diploma programmes, such as ADFA, this continues until the student is placed, under the placement guarantee terms.
A straight conversation about salary. Students are told what entry-level roles realistically pay and how the role can grow, so an offer is judged on the right terms.
